Be Careful What You Say. You Never Know Who Might Be Listening

You’ve got to hear this story—it’s absolutely hilarious! We couldn’t stop laughing when we first heard it.

So, picture this: Back in the day, insurance collectors used to go door to door to collect payments. Same houses, same days, almost down to the same time—like clockwork.

One day, a collector knocks on a familiar door, expecting to see the usual person who always had the payment ready. But this time, someone else answers—it’s the son-in-law, looking completely lost. He has no idea how much to pay—or even what the payment is for.

He turns to the collector and asks, “Uh… what exactly is this about?”

The collector patiently explains that it’s for his mother-in-law’s insurance. Realizing he needs to take care of it, the son-in-law then calls out to his wife, “Hey, where’s your wallet?”

Now, his wife, completely unaware that someone is waiting at the door, casually responds: “In the usual place.”

Confused, he asks, “And where exactly is the usual place?”

And that’s when it happens. His wife suddenly snaps: “Just look for it! You never find anything on your own—you always have to ask! …And let’s just say, a few more unfiltered words followed.

At this point, there’s an awkward silence between them while the wife keeps yelling, complaining about her husband’s uselessness.

The husband looks embarrassed. The collector is standing there, probably regretting knocking in the first place. And just as things get really uncomfortable, the collector decides it might be best to come back when the mother-in-law is home.

Can you imagine?

Now, we’ve all seen this kind of thing happen at work too. The way colleagues talk to each other in private is often very different from how they communicate in a more formal setting.

That’s exactly why our software includes a parallel forwarding feature in the approval process. It allows two team members to discuss things freely—without the licensee seeing their conversation.

Because let’s be honest, some things are just better left… unseen.

Just in case.

P.S. Big news—we’re about to roll out something awesome! We’ll share the exact launch details soon, but here’s the deal: if you’re already using our services, you’re in for some VIP treatment. And if you’re not? Well… now’s the perfect time to jump in! Don’t miss out—once it’s live, the window closes.
